Capacities is a notes app made by a small team in Bonn, Germany. Most notes apps give you pages and folders. Capacities gives you objects instead: a person, a book, a meeting, a daily note. Each one has a type, and you join them up by linking them to each other.
Over time your notes turn into a small web you can walk through, rather than a folder you forget about. You get daily notes for quick capture, backlinks that show what mentions what, and a graph view of how it all connects.
There is a free plan to start with. Paid plans add more objects, AI help and file storage. It runs in the browser and on Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android.
