European alternatives to Fastly

Fastly is a US edge-cloud and CDN provider popular with large publishers and apps. It's fast and developer-focused, but it's American infrastructure under American law. The European providers below deliver the same edge caching, content delivery and DDoS protection from EU data centres, billed in euros and covered by GDPR. For bandwidth-heavy workloads a couple of them are also a good deal cheaper, because they don't follow the per-gigabyte pricing the big US clouds use.
